Disc Replication is the process where a Glass Master is cloned from your master. From that glass master a stamper is made. This stamper is placed in a injection molding machine. The stamper contains the information. Polycarbonate is injected and a disc is made. After the disc is made an aluminum coating is placed on the disc to make it reflective. Then a laquer coating is layered so that the aluminum is protected. Now it is ready to be printed. This method ensures that the first disc is identical to the one millionth disc.

Duplication is a process where we burn the data onto a CD-R, DVD-R or BLU-RAY-R. Then the disc is printed using a thermal transfer method.
